Did you know that there is a Grandparents Day?? Grandparents Day is celebrated the first Sunday after Labour Day, This year that makes it September 8th.

In 1970 Marion McQuade from West Virginia thought that people should make sure they visit their Grandparents – and she  lobbied policy makers for years!

Then in 1978  – President Jimmy Carter Signed Grandparents Day into Law!

Grandparents are Awesome!
